Giovanni Ribisi and Agyness Deyn have decided to divorce.
QUIET DIVORCE
After two-and-a-half years of marriage, the couple has decided to split just as quietly as they first got together. Their barely publicized relationship turned to marriage in June 2012.
A actors, 40, filed from divorce from the model, 31, citing “irreconcilable differences” on December 28, 2014. Irreconcilable differences means spouses are not able to agree on basic and fundamental issues and will never be able to agree on those issues. This can be due to the following:
- Conflict of personality
- There does not seem to be a mutual concern for each other
- The marriage is suffering from financial difficulties
- Long physical separation
- Difference of interests
- Resentment
- Distrust
- Constant bickering
- Irreversible antagonistic feelings
MARRIAGE
This was Ribisi’s second marriage. The two do not had children together, but Ribisi does have a 17 year-old daughter, Lucia, from his previous marriage to Mariah O’Brien. They divorced in 2001.
QUIET RELATIONSHIP
While the couple kept their relationship under wraps, the British model spoke glowingly of his American actor husband last year. “He’s incredible. He’s my hiso,” she gushed to InStyle UK. “I suppose you meet someone and you’re just like, you know,” she went on to say. “Obviously, if someone’s marrying someone, they’re bringing a lot of really good stuff.”
