After 15 years of marriage Patrick Dempsey’s wife, Jillian Fink, has filed for divorce. He is citing irreconcilable differences.
MET IN A HAIR SALON
The two were married in 1999. Fink is a hairstylist and makeup artist, and it’s reported that the couple met in Fink’s hair salon. The two have three children together: daughter Tallulah Fyfe, 12, and 7-year-old twins Sullivan Patrick and Darby Galen.
This is the second marriage for the “Grey’s Anatomy” star. Dempsey, 49, was previously married to actress Rocky Parker.
DIVORCE
In a released statement the couple said, “It is with careful consideration and mutual respect that we have decided to end our marriage. Our primary concern remains the well-being of our children, and we ask with profound gratitude that you respect our family’s privacy at this very sensitive time.”
CHILD CUSTODY AND HI-NET WORTH DIVORCE
In addition to spousal and child support, Fink is seeking joint custody of the couple’s three children. Allegedly the couple did not sign a prenuptial agreement. Dempsey is estimated to be worth close to $40 million.
